Mandate 

Le Regroupement Relève d’Aéro Montréal (RRAM) is a multidisciplinary advisory group composed of students, recent graduates and professionals in aerospace. With an organizational committee made up of educational ambassadors and young professionals, RRAM is a unique environment for the development of the next generation of workers in the aerospace sector.  

RRAMs main mandate is to represent Québec students and young professionals who are passionate about aerospace and promote links with the industry by giving them access to networking and recruitment opportunities. The RRAM is an advisory tool and part of Aéro Montréals strategic objective of addressing major challenges related to the aerospace workforce and succession. The  RRAM is a specific consultation tool dedicated to industry; it  participates in carrying out studies, as well as in the organization of various events aimed at promoting aerospace.
